You're automatically covered at no additional charge for mild repairable wear and tear. Upon return, if a bag has excess damage, you are responsible for the repair. We do not cover irreparable, lost or stolen bags. For irreparable, lost or stolen bags, you are responsible for the Replacement Value, being the full retail price of the same or similar bag. Please reference our Terms of Use for more information.
Please ensure you have your own renters or homeowners insurance before renting bags from us. In the event of a loss, you may be able to file an insurance claim through your Credit Card, Homeowners or Renters policy. However, your responsibility for the replacement value is not dependent upon a successful claim.
Only members of our Exclusive Rental Club can rent bags. The monthly club fee is charged each month on the same day as you joined.

Yes, all of our handbags are 100% Authentic. In fact, we have security precautions in place to ensure that the handbags and dust bags returned to us are the same authentic bags shipped out from our catalog.
We put our reputation on the line and are in this business for the long run. We do not condone fake or knock off bags.
We understand that many websites offer "authentic" bags that are not actually authentic. We guarantee our bags are authentic:
1. Upon request, we can send the paperwork/ authenticity card via email or MMS.
2. You can take our bag to your local boutique to have it authenticated. Please note not all designer brands perform this service but they'll let you compare if they have the same or similar bag in the store.
3. You can take a picture and have the bag authenticated by Carol Diva (at your expense) or join The Purse Forum, of which we are a proud member.
4. Educate yourself about the different basics of high end handbags from the leather to the stiches, hardware and zippers. Knock-offs cannot afford the same high end materials and quality of workmanship.

Yes, we charge $100 for lost dust bags.
While we hope you will treat our bags with care, love and respect, we know that accidents do happen. Damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged a repair fee. If the handbag is beyond repair then an amount up to full retail replacement value will be charged to your credit card and we'll return the bag to you. Please see our Terms of Use for more details.

You should receive your item within 4-5 business days for our standard ground shipping option and you can track your shipment by signing in to your account. If you need a bag faster, you can select an expedited shipping method, such as Next Day Air, when placing your order.
When you're ready to return an item to us, simply sign-in to your account, select My Orders > Items Enjoying Now, then click on the Print Return Label button next to the item you want to return. Use the same box in which you received your item or another box if same box no longer available. Take to your nearest UPS drop-off location or call UPS for a pickup. Return shipping is free.
